B&B Decks provides custom outdoor living construction services including composite decks, covered outdoor spaces, pool decks, detached garages, and related exterior improvement projects throughout Hampton Roads and Coastal Virginia.
Custom Project Nature
All projects are custom-designed and built specifically for each property, homeowner, layout, and material selection. Because projects are customized, completed construction services and specially ordered materials are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
Estimates & Pricing
Pricing examples shown throughout the website are intended as general investment guidance only. Final pricing varies based on project size, layout complexity, material selections, site conditions, permitting requirements, upgrades, and other project-specific factors.
Deposits & Material Orders
Project deposits may be required prior to scheduling, design work, permitting, or material ordering. Once custom materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, portions of deposits related to those materials and services may become non-refundable.
Change Orders
Changes requested after project approval may affect pricing, scheduling, material lead times, and project completion dates. All significant project modifications may require written approval before additional work proceeds.
Project Scheduling
Construction scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, inspections, permitting timelines, material availability, and other factors outside of B&B Decks’ direct control. Estimated timelines are provided as planning guidance and may vary during the construction process.
Warranty Information
Manufacturer warranties for products such as Trex, TimberTech, Wolf, rail systems, and other materials are subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Workmanship warranty information, when applicable, will be outlined within the project agreement.
Financing
Financing options may be available through third-party financing providers for qualified homeowners. Financing approvals, rates, terms, and conditions are determined directly by the financing provider.
Consultations
Design consultations, estimates, and project discussions are intended to help homeowners evaluate potential outdoor living solutions and investment ranges. Submission of a contact form or consultation request does not create a contractual agreement.

Project Cancellations
Project cancellations requested before material ordering or scheduling may be eligible for partial refunds depending on design work completed, administrative costs, permitting expenses, and materials already purchased for the project.
Once construction has begun or custom materials have been ordered, refunds may be limited due to labor scheduling, fabrication, and material commitments associated with the project.
